Bio:

After nearly a decade working with early and mid stage SaaS start ups as a growth marketer, I began my own SaaS venture: Talin. While building out growth teams for start ups, I dove head first into learning how the average agency recruiter operates.

What I found were:

- fragmented tech stacks with weak integrations

- dozens of manual processes

- terrible UX

Specifically, these problems were at their worst in a recruiter's top of funnel workflow. Engaging talent and acquiring new customers is a core pillar for any agency; and we knew we could improve it by 10x.

So we built Talin - an automation platform designed to streamline the sourcing, data enrichment, and outreach process so that agency recruiters can spend less time on spreadsheets, and more time on people.
