Adam currently leads all recruitment for Marksman Security. He has also led, managed, rebuilt, and built talent acquisition departments in the healthcare & Life Sciences space, manufacturing and software companies. During that time, he has scaled up entirely new lines of manufacturing, tech product launch teams and sales teams. Adam focuses on building efficient and data-driven, repeatable, scalable processes to ensure candidate experience and hiring manager experience are first in class. His management style empowers his team to be their best and solution-oriented. Adam’s mindset is not to be the answer for his team, instead teaches and empowers them each to be their own answer.
Adam has been in the talent acquisition space for 18. He has worked with dozens of companies and filled hundreds of diverse roles during his tenure there. He has worked with stealth start ups to fortune 20 organizations.
Adam currently resides in Alpharetta, GA. His hobbies include playing golf, going to the beach, and watching his children play sports they love. Adam attended Bluffton University in Ohio and graduated with two degrees, one in business administration and the other in sports management.
